General Benefits of Swimming

It is necessary to first develop phonological awareness in individuals with special learning difficulties. Horse riding therapy aims to strengthen body muscles through exercises performed on horseback. During horseback riding, all major muscle groups of the body are engaged.
Hippotherapy is a type of treatment that aims to activate body muscles through exercises on horseback. During the process, the individual moves with the horse and instinctively tries to maintain balance to avoid falling, engaging both healthy and affected muscles.
A horse can transmit approximately one hundred vibrational signals per minute to the individual. As a result, nearly all muscle groups are engaged, fine motor skills are stimulated, and the formation of complex, precise, and clear movements is achieved.
The multi-dimensional swaying rhythm of the horse's gait resembles the pelvic movements occurring during a normal walking cycle and impacts the individual's pelvic region twice as much as normal walking, increasing sensory input.
